We will craft a session that encompasses exactly who you are as a couple whether that be going on a mountain hike, lounging beachside, or cooking dinner together in your underwear. We will create hella cute couples photos that showcase your love story where it is in this moment of time.
We were extremely nervous when it came to having our photos taken, however Donna Marie really made the experience so comfortable and amazing. We chose her because we wanted the intimate and authentic look, and we are so lucky that we did. If you like what you see and think we'd be a good fit, we then get on a call (either phone, Zoom, or FT—your choice!) to make sure we vibe. I'll answer all your questions and show you how I can document your love story.

Things I'm frequently asked ABOUT Adventure sessions:
First things first: Adventure ≠ hiking. You don’t have to hike if that’s not your thing. Some couples live for it, others not so much. And that’s perfectly okay! Not hiking doesn’t mean you can’t have an adventurous or adventure(ish) experience. There are many options for couples who may not be avid hikers, such as spending a day on the boat, going fishing, camping, taking a stroll through Cornell's Botanical Gardens, or anything else that your heart desires. Hiking or not, I’ve gotchu.
01. Do we have to hike?
It can be a date night, a surprise proposal, an anniversary, or just because. You don't need a reason to book an adventure session! We will craft an adventure for you both to enjoy and I'll follow along with my camera in tow. From trail walking, to a night of stargazing, and anything in between, your session is about documenting an experience together.
02. What is an adventure session?
Truthfully? It will make for bomb-ass, dramatic photos. It will also make for a story. Think of the adventure. As long as the weather isn’t treacherous to travel in, your adventure session is still on. I’m particularly skilled at adjusting plans last minute. Together through the planning process, we will establish a set of backup plans that are just as good, if not better than the original.
03. what if it rains, snows, or weather turns bad?
I am absolutely here to help you in co-crafting an amazing adventure experience for you and your partner! First we'll figure out how long your adventure session should be (1-3 hours coverage). Then, I can be as involved as much or as little of the planning as you'd like—from location scouting to wardrobe assistance and every step in between, I've gotchu.
04. Will you help us with planning?
Um... I'll probably be sad if you don't.
But for real, yes, you're absolutely welcome to bring your pet(s) along. Just make sure to let me know so that when I scout for locations, I make sure to only include locations that are pet-friendly! I'll also send over a guide on how to include your pet in your portrait session!
05. Can we bring our Pet(s)?
If you’re ready to start the booking process, drop me a line via my CONTACT FORM!! Next, I’ll send over my pricing guide based on what kind of experience you’re looking for. We also set up a time to chat as I want to get to know you, and your partner. Once we make sure we’re a good fit, and decide on which package you’d like, I will send over a contract for you to sign. After you’ve signed on the dotted line and paid the non-refundable retainer, you will be officially booked!! (The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your wedding day. This can be broken up into smaller payments, or paid all at once—whichever is easiest for you!)
