E + J wanted to elope in a place they both grew up loving, Block Island, RI. Joined by their closest friends (who married the year before and they had me as their photographer), they trekked out together to spend a summer day (despite the rain and wind) on the island. First they stopped by J’s favorite place, which was unfortunately closed at the time, then headed over to a pub for a pint. Afterward, we ventured out to the bluffs where E + J exchanged vows, rings, and did a handfasting.
